Why is the drug here:
Because this is a very useful cream that I regulary recommend.

Purpose of treatment:
Apparently the purpose of treatment with this cream is to treat dermatitis caused by a combination of skin inflammation and bacterial infection. In practice, at least for me, the place for this cream is not for the treatment of infections at all, but for the use of non-specific skin dermatitis and especially in atopic dermatitis in children.
- Ingredients: A combination of antibiotics called gentamycin and a steroid called prednisolone at a concentration of 0.5%.

How to use:
The application is usually done three times a day on the affected area. Usually, a regular treatment course lasts 3 to 5 days.

Benefits:
The main advantage for me is that the steroid in the cream is relatively weak and the concentration is not high. But the drug does the job perfectly. Steroid type and concentration are also the reason why this cream is allowed to be applied on the facial skin, and this is also the reason why newborn babies can be treated. In general, I relatively feel comfortable recommending this cream in contrast to other steroid medications, for slightly longer periods of time.

Side effects are uncommon with short-term treatment.
