Uncombable hair syndrome
Uncombable hair syndrome in an actual medical syndrome that is characterized by silvery-blond and frizzy hair that easily breaks as a result of combing attempts. It is a true genetic disorder.
However, what you see in the picture is something which is common and not pathologic. It is a ‘jumpy’ and hard to comb hair in a healthy infant. Don’t confuse these two conditions.
