Why is the drug here:
The most common and useful steroid suspension for inhalation in pediatrics.

Purpose of treatment:
For the treatment of asthma attack in children through inhalation. In most cases, sailne and additional suspension for inhalation (bronchodilators) will be given by mixing together.
- Ingredients: A steroid called Budesonide.

How to use:
Note that there are two doses. Low concentration – 2 cc which is 0.5 milligram, and high concentration -2 cc which is 1 milligram. I usually recommend using the high concentration, unless it is a small baby. In the inhalation device, it is customary to put 1 CC (1 ml) of the suspension in the concentration recommended by the doctor. Please note, according to the consumer leaflet, the medicine can be kept open for 12 hours, so you can use the same 1 CC left in the vial that you opened, for the next inhalation.

Side Effects:
Short-term inhaled steroids have very few significant side effects. Remember to rinse your mouth after treatment so that candida (fungus) does not develop on the tongue and the inner oral cavity. Hoarseness is also described after using inhaled steroids.
