Why is the drug here:
A solution that can be used as nasal, eye or ear drops. The uniqueness is the treatment as nasal drops.

Purpose of treatment:
For the treatment of local inflammation accompanied by a secondary bacterial infection.
Practically, the solution (in the form of giving drops) is not a first line treatment for ears or eyes.
But in babies that have a cold, the drug has a place as nasal drops even though they have the potential to relieve.
- Ingredients: Two components - an antibiotic called neomycin and a steroid called dexamethasone.

How to use:
1-2 drops per nostril / each eye / each ear, twice a day. The duration of treatment is limited for a few days.

An almost unique product as nose drops.

Side Effects:
Do not treat over the limited number of days as recommended by your doctor. Do not treat in case of ruptured eardrum or in the presence of ventilation tubes . In cases of known hearing problems (especially hearing disorders of neurological origin) treatment should be avoided.
