Every child falls every day

A basic sentence explaining that there are things that just happen to children, and are often normal.

For example, a mother that tells you that yesterday her child fell and hit his hand, and today he fell and hit his head, so he may have a medical condition. In most cases, the correct answer is – “every child falls every day”. Or to make it short – you do not need to get excited over it (most of the time).
